Unable to receive verification code

Investigation tips:

1. Incorrect country code

Please check if the country code of your mobile phone number is correct. If it is incorrect, please correct it and request the verification code again.

Please do not include the country code in the phone number you enter. The country code must be selected from the drop-down menu.

2. Some mobile phone numbers include 0 and some do not.

Due to differences in SMS network operators, mobile phone numbers in some regions begin with 0, such as Taiwan numbers like 886 (area code) - 093613XXXX (number).

Sometimes a number with a 0 cannot receive text messages, and sometimes you must include a 0 to receive text messages.

If you cannot receive the verification code, you can remove the 0 or add 0 and request the verification code again.

3. Request frequency limit

Please do not request verification codes too frequently in a short period of time. Frequent requests and multiple failed attempts will result in restrictions on sending verification codes. Please try again later.

4. Mobile phone number status

Please ensure your mobile number is in good working order. If your mobile number is suspended or roaming, it will also affect the delivery of SMS messages.

5. Log in using a password

Just in case, please set a login password for your account. You can use the password to log in if there is an error with your SMS message.

6. WeChat login

After registering an account, you can log in and bind your account by scanning a QR code with WeChat. This way, if you encounter problems with the verification code or forget your password, you can log in by scanning the QR code with WeChat.

7. Special Characters

When entering your mobile phone number, please do not enter special characters such as parentheses, hyphens, or plus signs, as these characters cannot be recognized.

Do not enter a plus sign before the phone number.

Do not include spaces before, during, or after the phone number.
